We would like to give you prior notice that on Tuesday 28th February due to essential maintenance to our clinical system we will be unable to access patient records between 16:00 – 18:30.
During this time we will not be able to book or change appointments, access test results or your medical records.
This will affect patients registered at both Home Ground Surgery and Crossroads Surgery.
Unless your call is an Emergency – please avoid calling during these times.
